PREORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED
Starting Aug 2020 any orders that are cancelled or returned will be refunded less at 10% restocking fee. This is only because we still have to pay all seller transactions fees on any order placed. This does include PREORDERS. If you need to cancel an order, please keep this in mind.
Our policy lasts 7days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any items discounted 2𝟎% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. goods such as swim, undergarments, facemasks, personalized items, candy, flowers, coloring page’s baby toys etc cannot be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
